How do I log a workout?

Tap the mic button on the home screen and speak your exercise naturally — for example, 'Bench press, 80 kilos, 8 reps'. AI will transcribe and save the set instantly.

How many free sessions do I get?

New accounts get 3 free workout sessions. After that, a Pro subscription is required to start new sessions. Your existing history is always accessible.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Tap the upgrade prompt that appears after your free sessions, or go to Settings and tap 'Upgrade to Pro'. Payment is processed securely through the App Store.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone → Apple ID → Subscriptions → VibeLift → Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period.

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Go to Settings inside VibeLift and tap 'Restore Purchases'. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used to purchase.

Can I redeem an offer code?

Yes — go to Settings inside VibeLift and tap 'Redeem Code', then enter your code.

What languages are supported?

VibeLift supports English, Korean, Japanese, Spanish, German, Russian, and Chinese. The app language follows your device language setting.

Is my voice data stored?

No. Audio is processed in real time for transcription only and is never stored on our servers. Only the transcribed text is saved to your account.

How do I delete my account and data?

Email us at brendanchoi0626@gmail.com with your request. We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.

The app isn't recognising my exercise name — what do I do?

Try speaking clearly and including the full exercise name. AI handles most gym terminology, but you can also edit any logged set by tapping it after recording.
