1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using VibeLift, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

VibeLift is an AI-powered workout logging app that allows users to record exercises by voice, track workout history, and view performance statistics.

3. User Accounts

• —You must sign in with a Google account to use VibeLift
• —You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• —You must be at least 13 years old to use VibeLift

4. Subscription and Payments

Free Tier

New users receive 3 free workout sessions. After 3 sessions, a Pro subscription is required to log additional workouts.

Pro Subscription

• —Billed monthly at the price shown at the time of purchase
• —Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• —Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• —You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time
• —No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods

Offer Codes

We may issue promotional offer codes from time to time. Codes are non-transferable and have no cash value.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• —Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• —Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the app
• —Use the app in a way that could damage or overburden our services

6. AI-Generated Content

VibeLift uses AI to transcribe voice input and generate session names. AI output may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting logged workout data.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

VibeLift is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. VibeLift is not a medical or fitness advice service — consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise program.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manseung Choi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of VibeLift.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
